The HFC In-Home Care Grant Program relieves caregivers, giving them time to rest, recharge and focus on their personal and professional life. Delivered with our partner, Home Instead, HFC’s Care Grants provide 3-6 months of free, professional, in-home care.
HFC’s Online Support Groups are free and designed to help people who are navigating their way through any stage of an Alzheimer’s disease diagnosis. And they’re scheduled to fit with caregivers’ busy lives.
HFC offers caregiver bereavement groups for adult children and spouses/partners. Groups run weekly for 10 weeks.

HFC's annual storytelling and photography contest, Humans of Dementia, invites young people to share their personal stories of loss, fear, resilience, and hope in the face of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. High school and college students submit photos or essays, with winning submissions posted across HFC’s channels to drive awareness and inspire change. Congratulations to our 2022 winners!
